At GRUPO OPERADORES S.A. we take care of providing an efficient service of foreign trade, with the priority of granting personalized attention from our specialized team, both in import and export, through the adequate combination of experience and the capability of our employees, added to a modern infrastructure and the latest technology.

Through this present Quality Policy, we want to transmit to both our members and all interested parties, directly or indirectly, our principles of commitment regarding our service´s quality, our constant improvement and our clients´ satisfaction.

GRUPO OPERADORES S.A. assumes the obligation of maintaining a Quality Management system and continuous improvement with the purpose of fulfilling and even exceeding our clients’ expectations, in every aspect related to the FOREIGN TRADE SERVICESSERVICIO DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR.

With this purpose, the Quality System Manager assumes the leadership of this responsibility and commits to provide all resources needed to:

  • Seek our clients and interested agents´ satisfaction in terms of quality of service and work.
  • Maintain and improve our Quality system, based on our Mission and this Quality Policy.
  • Put into action a process of continuous improvement through correct execution, control and comprehension of daily tasks.
  • Encourage the active participation of our staff in the accomplishment of the company´s goals, ethics of their acts and their motivation.
  • Increase our staff´s development through educational and training programs.
  • Enhance the organization´s performance and efficiency based on management process, through risk analysis. This will allow us to manage our activities and resources, as we control possible eventualities that may occur during the development of our procedures.
  • Adhere to the pertinent requirements.
