Over the last few months, our team leaders participated on a leadership workshop, covering topics such as: Characteristics of a leader, Self-knowledge and Emotional Intelligence. The workshop had three meetings, two in our facilities and one online, where different activities were carried out with the aim of understanding the impact of their actions on their work teams, having as a pillar Emotional Intelligence, which is based on the conflict management, change promotion and leadership.
At Grupo we understand the importance of constantly training our staff, in order to develop and keep our employees motivated. We thank the consultant @connexosrh for joining us on this project!
